Health PEI currently employs two registered midwives, each of whom have more than ten years of recent clinical experience. Health PEI is currently seeking Registered Midwives interested in full-time, permanent positions. With newly launched services on the Island this is an exciting opportunity to join our growing team and have a first-hand impact on communities across the province.<\/p>\n<p>If you are eligible for licensing with CRNMPEI and\/or eligible to work in Canada and you have completed a Midwifery Education Program (MEP) or a bridging program, we would love to hear from you. A list of approved Canadian programs can be found on the <a href=\"https:\/\/cmrc-ccosf.ca\/canadian-midwifery-education-programs\">Canadian Midwifery Regulators.<\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Recruitment Incentives &amp; Salary:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Salary: $81,159.00 \u2013 $101,478.00 per year.<\/li>\n<li>Experienced Incentive: Incentive of $18,000 for 5,850 working hours return-in-service commitment is available for eligible Midwives with a minimum of five (5) years of full-time experience as a Registered Midwife.<\/li>\n<li>Graduate Incentive: Incentive of $8,000 for 3,900 working hours return-in-service commitment is available for eligible midwives who have completed their students, mentorship, and have less than five (5) years of full-time work experience.<\/li>\n<li>Relocation assistance: Up to $17,000 in Relocation Assistance may be available at the discretion of the Hiring Manager.
