Grassland Midwifery is excited to welcome a passionate, client-centred Registered Midwife to join our growing, community-focused practice. We are a supportive team that values connection, collaboration, and caring for one another as much as we care for our clients.<\/p>\n

We are committed to providing competent, evidence-informed care that honours client\u2019s choices and experience throughout pregnancy, birth, and the postpartum period. We serve a diverse community and support births in home or hospital settings. We strive to create a work environment where midwives feel supported, valued, and able to practice in a sustainable way.<\/p>\n
As a midwife at Grassland Midwifery, you will:<\/p>\n
Provide full-scope midwifery care across the prenatal, intrapartum, and postpartum periods
Build meaningful, ongoing relationships with clients and families
Participate in an on-call rotation within a supportive team structure
Collaborate with other healthcare providers and community partners
Contribute to a positive, respectful, and inclusive practice culture that values kindness, communication, and mutual support

General\/ New Registrant Midwife in good standing with the College of Midwives of Alberta
Are passionate about continuity of care and committed to client-centred and informed-choice care
Value teamwork, open communication, and supportive work relationships
Ability to work independently and as part of a close-knit team
New graduates and experienced midwives are both encouraged to apply.<\/p>\n
