    Advertising in the Conference Program and Delegate Bags are wonderful ways to leave a lasting impression with around 400 midwives and other maternal, newborn and child healthcare professionals who will attend the CAM Annual Conference and Exhibit. It is also a great option to reach our audience when you are not able to attend the conference in person.

Upon acceptance by the CAM Annual General Meeting, Conference, and Exhibit, this application constitutes a contract. The CAM Annual General Meeting, Conference and Exhibit expressly reserves the right to reject an application for any reason.

    Cancellation Policy
    Notification of cancellation received by June 1, 2019 will be refunded minus a $75.00 administrative fee. There will be no refunds after June 2, 2019.

Artwork for Ads

Artwork is required to be submitted as a .pdf or .eps file and should be emailed to events@canadianmidwives.org. Colour ads are CMYK and 300 dpi minimum.

Delegate Bag Inserts

All Delegate Bag Inserts must be shipped pre‑paid and scheduled to arrive at the Westin Hotel on Monday, October 21, 2019. Materials received after this date will not be able to be added.
