2026 LDR call-shift schedule at Royal Inland Hospital is now open and we are URGENTLY seeking Registered Midwives to provide locum coverage in Kamloops for on-call coverage within the hospital for primary care assessment and deliveries. Join us once, or join us regularly on rotation! Team of supportive RMs and RNs to help you! BC midwives enjoy amazing teamwork with LDR nurses to support patient care. RIH is one of two tertiary hospitals in the BC Interior region with OBs and Paeds onsite. Our NICU can support newborns from 30wks GA.
Individual shifts are 12hrs or 24hrs
Kamloops on call services with volumes aprox 60-70 deliveries/monthly
Shifts are Day (0800-2000), Night (2000-0800) or 24hrs (0800-0800)
Interior Health Authority (IHA) offers competitive compensation packages + travel expense reimbursement as per IHA Locum Travel Policy
