The NCIM Annual Gathering takes place November 10–11, 2025, on Treaty 7 territory at The Confluence Parkland and Historic Site. Guided by the theme Caring Where We Live: Rural & Remote Midwifery, the gathering offers two days of community and professional exchange. Day One: Connecting Communities welcomes community members, partners, and organizations to share knowledge and strengthen relationships. Day Two: First Nations, Inuit and Metis (FNIM) Midwifery Excellence is reserved for FNIM midwives, students, and birth workers, creating space to celebrate FNIM leadership and learning. Together, we honour land, medicines, and culture while advancing midwifery in rural and remote communities.
