Site The Midwives' Clinic of East York-Don Mills, Women's Health in Women's Hands
We are seeking a General Registrant to join our unique Orange team – this team works partly out of Women’s Health in Women’s Hands CHC, a community health centre serving uninsured and racialized people from the African, Black, Caribbean, Latin American and South Asian communities in downtown Toronto. This team works both at the CHC and at The Midwives Clinic of East York-Don Mills (TMC). TMC is a large urban practice located in the east end of Toronto in the Thorncliffe Park neighborhood. We have privileges at Michael Garron Hospital and the Toronto Birth Centre. Ideal start date would be between October and December, but we can be flexible, especially for a candidate who would be interested in this spot long term. The successful applicant can anticipate a pre-built caseload of 32-36 BCCs/year, a call schedule with no more than 72 hours on call at a time, 10 days off every 3 wks, and 3 wk long summer holidays. We invite MEP or IMPP graduates to apply and we strongly encourage IBPOC applicants. Additional languages spoken would be an asset.
