Learn how to “lead yourself first” through self-awareness, reflection, and regulation, and explore how your strengths and challenges shape your goals and leadership style.

Understand the complexities of power dynamics and their impact on relationships, decisions, and team development. Gain tools to recognize and leverage influence effectively as a leader.

Who has the resources? Who controls the room? Who makes and/ influences decisions? Power dynamics refers to the influence and authority each person has. To foster a positive work environment, leaders must be aware of the role these dynamics play in achieving goals and supporting team development.

Discover the pillars of trust and techniques for communicating effectively, strengthening relationships, and fostering collaboration within multidisciplinary teams.
