Climate change is a reproductive justice issue, worsening maternal health outcomes and disproportionately affecting marginalized communities. Rising temperatures, extreme weather, and displacement impact pregnancy, fertility, and access to SRHR. Midwives play a critical role in both care and advocacy.
This 60-90 minute webinar, featuring Dr. Heather McMullen, a global expert on climate and SRHR, alongside other panelists (TBC), will explore these intersections and provide midwives with practical tools for climate-conscious care. Learn how to support vulnerable communities and integrate climate resilience into midwifery practice. Join us in shaping the future of climate-responsive reproductive healthcare.
Simultaneous interpretation into French will be available.
