Effective leadership is grounded on self-leadership. When we lead from within, we show up from a place of authenticity, knowing who you are at your core, your purpose and your values. Self leadership is the ability to influence and regulate your thoughts to achieve your goals. We become the leaders others want to follow. In this workshop we will focus on self awareness, self reflection, and self regulation and how to implement it in your work even if you are not a leader.
