Consider joining the Canadian Association of Midwives’ Global Program as a volunteer or consultant.
Volunteers contribute to projects by providing support such as assisting with trainings or conducting desk reviews to help develop project materials. Consultants, on the other hand, bring specialized expertise in areas such as education, regulation, and association strengthening, and often possess international experience; for instance, leading the development of clinical or educational resources.
Our placements offer opportunities to collaborate with midwives and midwifery associations in Malawi, Somalia and Somaliland, South Sudan, Tanzania, and Venezuela through a combination of remote and in-country work.
