September 10 from 10 a.m. – 4 p.m. EST
We would like to hear your perspectives and experiences as midwives on the impacts of the climate crisis on providing SRHR care. This consultation process is part of the development of a CAM Position Statement on the Climate Crisis and SRHR, scheduled for review in Fall 2024.
This virtual drop-in event offers an informal setting for CAM and NCIM members to connect, engage in rich conversations, share thoughts and ideas on midwifery and the profession’s sustainability, as well as its role in supporting climate resilience and adaptation. We want to know what you would like to see addressed in the position statement and what actions you would like CAM to initiate, while hearing your stories and experiences.
Come by for 5 minutes and share some thoughts or share ideas in the chat, or stay for the whole day– the event is designed to accommodate your busy schedules!
Spread the word and invite your colleagues to join! By ensuring we gather diverse perspectives and experiences, we can develop a more comprehensive and impactful position statement. Looking forward to your participation!
