Once you have purchased the bundled manual and exam, you will receive a confirmation email with a link to the 7th Edition ESW manual for immediate download. You will receive the exam link from the Association of Ontario Midwives as a separate email during business hours Mon‑Fri Eastern Time, within 24‑48 hours of purchase. Please check your junk mail if you do not receive it within this time frame.

The bundle is available in English and French.

 

Please note that the English version does not include additional notes that were included by CAM in the translated version pertaining to midwifery practice in Québec. In addition, the English version does not include the Annex on the use of Obstetrical Vacuum for Quebec midwives.
